You can request these accessories at the time of booking or directly at one of our offices.

If you receive a fine during the rental, we recommend informing us upon your return and paying the fine immediately. In Italy, you can benefit from a 30% discount if the fine is paid within 5 days. If you do not inform us of the fine, it will be delivered by mail (this applies worldwide), and you will be charged a fee for handling costs amounting to €30 + VAT, in addition to the additional notification costs by the authorities.

No, in most neighboring villages, vehicles are not allowed to enter, not even push ones. Usually, this prohibition is indicated by no-entry signs and/or red flashing lights.

RentGarda offers a unique rental experience, different from classic rentals. Daily rental extends from 9:00 to 18:30 (not 24 hours). If the rental is for multiple days, the last day ends at 18:30.
It is possible, by agreement, to rent the vehicle for 24 hours if it is picked up at 8:30 or 18:30, with an additional fee to be paid on-site.

Yes, it is mandatory to have driving experience to rent one of our vehicles. We are not a driving school and do not offer driving lessons. If you do not know how to drive, we will not be able to proceed with the rental and no refunds will be issued.

A credit card is required for the deposit. We only accept Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept prepaid or debit cards.
