Our Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is a special concern for us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively based on legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

1. Contacting Us

If you contact us via the form on this website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The following data is processed through our contact form and stored for 10 years:

Name
Email address
Message

2. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser to inform you about the use of cookies and allow this only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

3. Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps. Google Maps is a map service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website, including your IP address, may be transmitted to Google in the USA. The map content is transmitted directly to your browser by Google and integrated into the website. Therefore, we have no influence on the extent of data collected by Google in this way. As far as we know, these data include at least the following:

Date and time of the visit to the relevant website,

Internet address or URL of the accessed website,

IP address, (start) address entered in the route planning.

We have no influence on the further processing and use of the data by Google and can therefore not assume any responsibility for it. If you do not want Google to collect, process, or use data about you through our website, you can disable JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map display. For the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by Google, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Google’s privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en). By using our website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google Maps in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

4. Web Analysis (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website, such as

Browser type/version,

Operating system used,

Referrer URL (the previously visited page),

Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address),

Time of the server request

is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. We have also extended Google Analytics on this website with the code “anonymizeIP.” This ensures the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet use to the website operator. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. We also use Google Analytics to evaluate data from Double-Click cookies and Google Ads for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated?hl=en). Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en). We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This only allows for a rough localization. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the Privacy Shield. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. User data is kept for a period of 14/26/38/50 months.

5. Use of Facebook Social Plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Facebook Social Plugin.” An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins. When you access a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged into Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our website with your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the “Like” button or leaving a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends. For the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to directly associate the data collected via our website with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example, with the “Facebook Blocker” (http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/).

6. Privacy Policy for Using Instagram

Our website uses functions of the Instagram service. These functions are provided by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Instagram. For more information, please refer to Instagram’s privacy policy: http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/.

7. Your Rights

In principle, you have the rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, data portability, revoke, and object. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
